Refund policy

Every item in this store is printed on demand — it is made when you order it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is simply the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at mildhighent@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund — your choice — at no extra cost to you.

Size and fit: Because each piece is printed to order, we do not offer free returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

Order changes and cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an item has gone into production, it cannot be changed or cancelled because it is being made specifically for you.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Replacement items are produced and shipped once the claim is verified.
